Lisa Fruge went above and beyond when it came to helping me through that process and couldn't be happier that I did. She's always available when I have a question about my policy. And like clockwork, every 6 months, she proactively sends me a digital copy of my declarations page so that I can submit to my employer since I travel for work. Exceptional service level! 7/2/25 - Yet again, Lisa Fruge came through! I reached out to see if there was anything we could do to reduce our cost a little. She was able to suggest some options to reduce my monthly cost and also advised me of some savings that I was receiving and didn't realize. You can get good service once or twice anywhere.
