"2020 - I've been a customer of State Farm for over 20 years due to their higher level of service and professionalism. Along the way have switched agencies to Schelsinger. Lisa Fruge went above and beyond when it came to helping me through that process and couldn't be happier that I did. She's always available when I have a question about my policy. And like clockwork, every 6 months, she proactively sends me a digital copy of my declarations page so that I can submit to my employer since I travel for work. Exceptional service level! 7/2/25 - Yet again, Lisa Fruge came through! I reached out to see if there was anything we could do to reduce our cost a little. She was able to suggest some options to reduce my monthly cost and also advised me of some savings that I was receiving and didn't realize. You can get good service once or twice anywhere.
